The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, although I did have an issue with being assigned a room with two single beds instead of a king-sized bed as I requested. The rooftop bar and pool area offered a fantastic ambiance, and the breakfast spread was impressive. However, the service inconsistencies and challenges with the mini-bar experience detracted from the overall satisfaction.
